Who is Mitlus for?+
Founders of early-stage and deep-tech startups, from solo founders to small teams and university spin-offs, who want one place that knows everything about their company.
What does Mitlus read?+
Your Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive once you connect them, mail you forward to your Mitlus address, files you upload, your call recordings, and anything you share with it from Claude or ChatGPT.
Do I need Claude or ChatGPT?+
Only for the Connect plan, where Mitlus works inside Claude or ChatGPT through the connector on a paid plan of either. To use Claude in the Mitlus chat as well, you need a Claude API key or a Claude Max plan. The other plans include AI credits and work without either.
What happens when my AI credits run out?+
The AI work pauses until the 1st of the next month and the chat lets you know, while your record stays complete and you can keep using Mitlus through Claude or ChatGPT. You can also set your own monthly cap in Settings.
Does Mitlus send emails for me?+
No. Mitlus writes the email or document and puts it in front of you, and you read it, change what you want and press send yourself.
Where is my data stored?+
On servers in Germany. The AI models that read your data are listed with every other sub-processor on the sub-processors page.
Can my team use it too?+
Yes. Invite them to the same startup and everyone works from one shared record, while private notes stay with whoever wrote them.
Can I leave and take my data?+
Yes. You can export everything from Settings, delete your account whenever you want and cancel your plan at any time.
